Everyone hears a different story.
project:lagom is a collaborative exploration of the expressive relationship between music and storytelling. Reversing the traditional workflow of filmmaking where the score/soundtrack is often the last component to be completed only after the film is already shot, contributing filmmakers of project:lagom are tasked to create a short film to a specific piece of original music.
The first cycle of short films premiered in Portland, Oregon on September 13th, 2011. The next will begin before the end of the year, and is open to anyone with a story to tell.
